As we get older, we quickly realize how much more career options the world has to offer than just jobs as a teacher, a firefighter or a doctor. At The Making Good Project’s very first event, Doors Wide Open, all youth from ages 18-25 are invited to enjoy a day spent meeting some of the city’s successful professionals and learn not only the details behind a wide range of different careers, but of the paths people took to get there as well.
In classic speed dating style, participants will spend the evening being paired up with mentors of all kinds of job titles from music agents to economists. Within only a few minutes shared with each mentor, feel enlightened and more driven than ever as they each share their personal career journey with you and most importantly, help you start your own.
