Kultura 2012: So you think you can…write a play?!

We’re back with our Playwriting workshops series. Happening throughout August, we hope to help young and aspiring writers cultivate their ideas.  Join us, let’s find your writer’s voice that will go beyond karaoke machines.  Sessions are facilitated by Dora Mavor Moore Award winning stage director (outstanding direction for Paper Series, 2011) and dramaturge, proud Filipina-Canadian, Nina Lee Aquino. Writers will showcase their work at a public reading on Aug. 25 as part of KAPISANAN’s 7th Annual Kultura Filipino Arts Festival.
