Pasko na Naman (It’s Christmastime)!

A man holding up a Filipino christmas lantern (a.k.a. a parol), with a greeting that reads "Merry Christmas from Kapisanan"

It’s that time of the year again: a bitter cold chill lingers in the air, streets are decked out with blinking multi-coloured light displays, Filipino houses are adorned with PAROLS, and holiday parties are popping up left, right and centre. Pasko na naman, it’s Christmastime!

We at Kapisanan would just like to take a moment to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Thank you for a wonderful year, and we hope you’ll stay tuned for a bigger, brighter and more inspirational year ahead!

And just a friendly reminder to all our homies that Kapisanan will hibernate briefly over the holidays. Our headquarters are open until this Saturday, December 18, and regular drop-in hours will resume on January 12, 2011.

Spend time with loved ones, recharge, and get stuffed with stuffing. Isn’t that what life’s all about, anyway?
